Here we will feature the latest service, product or
technology that may assist a company in running their company or
campaign more efficiently.
The Asia Fashion Week 2005, held at Singapore has just ended.
There were more than 30 fashion shows held but unfortunately, not many
people was able to attend. Most of the time, the seats are less
than half filled. All the good reports about the show can be found
on other sites or print media but here we will look at the marketing
perspective or market potential.
I enjoyed the
fashion showcase, the sitting arrangement & event location is OK, so
what went wrong or what can be done better? Singapore being a
shopping hub means that there is greater potential crowd size. I
would first look at the Singapore crowd or target market which is
existing or potential boutique owners. Most of these guys are
extremely busy during 1100-2000 hrs and the show is between 1100-1700 hrs.
There may be other reasons or methods that can increase the crowd and
will need a further discussion or analysis which we will not discuss
here.
There will be
more in-dept discussion on a particular event or topic so that readers
will have a bigger and better picture.
