Knowledge Management starts from just keeping your records tidy and are recoverable. Our group 1st developed IMSS - information management and security solutions in 2000. We have provided services to Arbitration Chambers, Sanyo, Solicitors Watson, Farley & Williams, British Council etc.
Our documents are scanned, OCR and then indexed.  We also provided some backup or disaster recovery solutions.  Say, if we want to know some names in a company, e.g. Isetan, we are able to find a list of people that is working or have worked there.

CRM and 1to1 Marketing 
Is it a software or a service?  We believe that it is a process and we started with our name cards. It is printed in small quantity and targeted to the events that we attend.
